Situated in one of the oldest streets in Toowoomba opposite Queens Park, this original two storey home with chamfer board, Marseille terracotta tile roof and a widow’s walk was built in the 1800s.
It was returned to its former glory with restoration of timber floors and original pressed metal walls and ceilings, while being transformed into a viable commercial space for two separate tenants in compliance with current regulations and standards.
Minimal contemporary glass and stainless balustrade added to internal staircase to enhance original features of space and compliment design concept. New audio visual and lighting solutions adding in keeping with integrity of space and all bathroom facilities, joinery and kitchen amenities upgraded.
