Michael Fleming joins F&L Partnership

Feather & Lawry Design are pleased to announce the growth of our firm with the promotion of our Senior Architect, Michael Fleming to Partner. Michael has been with the firm since October 2015 and has over 12 years of extensive architectural experience.

Mike’s projects include the USQ Observatory, Highfields State Secondary College, Wagner’s office fit-out and many residential projects including the award winning ‘Escarpment Retreat’. Prior to joining Feather & Lawry his experience includes Project Architect roles with the FKG Group and architectural firms in Brisbane. He completed his Bachelor of Architecture (Honours 2nd Class) at QUT and is a member of the Australian Institute of Architects. He has also served as a Juror on the AIA Awards.

Mike is inspired by design’s ability to shape how people live and interact. He likes to reflect on the generations that will utilise a project and its impact on their daily lives. He aims to connect with clients and form relationships which allow him to tailor the design to meet their unique needs. Mike also embraces digital technology and the improvements it brings to the design process.

Mike and his wife Bec welcomed twins in 2016, and in his rare moments of leisure time he enjoys furniture making and tinkering on his beloved 1969 Holden Monaro.

We are excited to have Michael Fleming as Partner and look forward to his continued leadership and growth of our architectural team.
