School has returned after winter break and Highfields State Secondary School welcomes the addition of two new buildings - a classroom block and sports stadium! FKG Group were an incredible 10 weeks early completing the projects which were successfully handed over to begin the second half of the school year.
Feather & Lawry Design provided architectural design and documentation for the project, along with interior design.
The new classroom block features state of the art technology - retractable backboards, short throw projectors and data enabled rooms.
The new sports stadium boasts retractable backboards, electronic scoreboards, change facilities including lockers and showers. Foyer ceilings are made from perforated plasterboard to soften acoustics.
We hope Highfields students and faculty will enjoy these spaces for decades to come.
